Singer/songwriter and guitarist Bonefish Johnny (of legendary local bands Groove Thangs and Shack Daddys) and bassist Kilmo (of Alligator Alley fame, Brian Stoltz, Blood, Sweat & Tears and others) team up to reprise their original roots rock repertoire as a funky lounge duo, assisted by Grandma's ancient rhythm machine and plenty of Joie de vivre. Joel DaSilva has blues running through his veins. Born and raised in his sweet home , Chicago. DaSilva hails from a musical family. His mother and father traveled throughout Brazil and Ukraine, his mother a singer and father accompanying her on guitar. His father passed away when he was 3, but Joel continues to channel that soulful energy in his live performances to this day.Joel DaSilva and the Midnight Howl formed and with a resume that includes performances with heavy hitters like B.B. King, A.C. Reed, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Reverend Horton Heat and opening for acts as varied as: J.J. Grey, The Black Crowes, and Jimmy Vaughan, DaSilva has already made a mark in the industry; and is poised to become a power player...He is the real deal.

Slip from Slip and the Spinouts will be playing several shows throughtout the upcoming year with Denver Rhythm section 'The Living Deads'. The 'Living Deads' are Randee McKnight on drums and the lovely Symphony Tidwell on Upright Bass. They will play all the Spinouts originals and covers plus their own originals. The Living Deads have backed up artists such as Danny B Harvey, Chuck Hughes, Lance Romance, The Hillbilly Hellcats, James Hunnicutt, Jonny Barber, Hank Hays and so on.
